Terms of Use

By registering, signing in, accessing, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that these Terms form a binding agreement between you and FarmPawa. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

FarmPawa may update these Terms. Continued use after we post changes means you accept the updated Terms. Notice on the Platform is treated as reasonable and sufficient. You agree to be bound by the most recent version.

• Visitor: someone who uses the Platform for general information.
• Client / Sponsor: someone who enters a Project Sponsorship Agreement and uses an account to save and sponsor specific agricultural projects.
• You: a Visitor or Client, as applicable.
• Service: the FarmPawa platform and related tools for saving and sponsoring agricultural projects.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform and Service.

The Platform is for personal use where FarmPawa's save-and-sponsor service is legally permissible. Content is informational and may not satisfy regulatory requirements outside Uganda. Using the Platform does not mean we provide a regulated financial, investment, or similar service in your jurisdiction.

Nothing on the Platform is an offer or solicitation to invest, buy securities, or join a pooled fund or collective investment scheme.

FarmPawa does not operate an investment scheme. Participation is only through individual sponsorship agreements tied to specific agricultural projects you choose.

Availability may differ by jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local law. Forward-looking or illustrative language explains concepts only — it is not a guarantee of outcomes.

FarmPawa provides tools to hold savings in your account and allocate ("sponsor") funds toward specific projects offered on the Platform.

Important points:

• Savings in your FarmPawa account do not earn interest.
• Saving on the Platform is not the same as making an investment in a collective sense.
• Each sponsorship is governed by a separate Project Sponsorship Agreement for that project cycle.
• Each sponsorship backs a specific, identifiable agricultural activity — not a blind pool.
• Results depend on that project's real-world performance.

You confirm that information you give FarmPawa is accurate. You may request updates by contacting info@farmpawa.com. We may suspend or end access where information is materially false.

Platform content is not:

• financial or investment advice;
• legal or tax advice;
• agricultural advisory services.

Farming carries natural risks. You may receive less than you sponsor. Seek independent professional advice before entering a Sponsorship Agreement. Examples on the Platform are illustrative only.

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that content is complete or current. Nothing we say orally or in writing creates a warranty unless we expressly state it in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FarmPawa and its affiliates are not liable for direct or indirect loss arising from your use of the Platform, saving or sponsorship choices, or reliance on content.

FarmPawa's total liability shall not exceed the total service fees you paid in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform may link to third-party sites for convenience. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content or your use of them.

Software, media, graphics, text, and documentation on the Platform belong to FarmPawa or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit them without our prior written consent.

You may request account closure via info@farmpawa.com. FarmPawa may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms were breached. Some provisions (including liability limits) survive termination.

You are responsible for keeping login details confidential. Tell us immediately at info@farmpawa.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains enforceable. These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Disputes shall be subject to Ugandan jurisdiction.
